Joe, a lone young black man hitchhikes along a quiet desert highway. As the sun sets a van pulls up behind Joe and a group of Zombie Punk Rock girls emerge. Joe smiles with delight. But, his joy quickly dissipates when they brutally attack him. The Doctor and his female Assistant emerges from the van and plunge a syringe into Joe.

Darius and Bill, a couple of blissful Hippie Stoners drive through the desert in their VW Bus on their way to The Burning Man festival. Along the way they find a couple of stranded Hippie chicks, Willow and Sage. unbeknownst to Darius and Bill the girls are being stalked by The Doctor’s two zombie henchmen Gary and Gizmo in their black and white sedan. Just as Bill is about to get his head shot off…Eyeball, our Mohawk wearing Punk Rocker hero drives his motorcycle into the scene. He diverts Gary and Gizmo’s attention, starting a cat and mouse chase through the desert. The Hippies escape only to have their VW breakdown.

Eyeball much to his chagrin finds himself protecting the “f*cking Hippies” throughout the night. At the campfire he tells them that two weeks ago his band mate buddies Gary and Gizmo where the only males playing at an all girls Punk Rock battle of the bands. The Doctor and his Assistant let loose a decayed Zombie Cowboy on the bar. The Cowboy systematically decimates Punk girl after Punk girl. Eyeball…the lone survivor. The Hippies pass around a joint enthralled with the story. Joe, with gleaming red eyes, now obviously a zombie, emerges out of the night. Bill passes the joint to Joe whom instintivly begins smoking it. Suddenly, Joe’s eyes turn back to normal and no one is the wiser including a puzzled Joe whom is quickly assimutated into the group. Bill repairs the bus while Eyeball fights off wandering zombies. As soon as the repairs are done Eyeball leads the group to his desert cabin to rest. Gary and Gizmo are sent by The Doctor to find more subjects to experiment on so he can perfect his growing Army of Zombie women. As Eyeball fortifies the area around his cabin, Gary and Gizmo kidnap the Hippies and Joe. Eyeball is brutally attacked by wandering zombies.

Wounded, Eyeball comes back to the rescue of the Hippies driving Bill’s VW bus. The Doctor plunges his zombification formula into all the Hippies. Intrigued that Joe is not a zombie he begins experimenting on him. Then to The Doctor and Assistant’s surprise the zombie formula doesn’t have any effect on the Hippies. Further experimentation by The Assistant reveals that the THC within the Hippies counteracts the formula. Realizing that the THC is the key to completing the formula The Doctor perfects his formula using Willow. Then much to The Assistant’s dismay, The Doctor celebrates this discovery with his Army of Punk Rock Zombie Chicks. Furious about being jilted The Assistant uses magic to take the formula to a new level. She usurps The Doctor’s Army and turns him into her own personal Zombie. Meanwhile, Eyeball rescues the Hippies and escapes into the night only to be cut off by Gary and Gizmo and surrounded by The Assistant with her new Army. Will Eyeball, Joe and the Hippies all be killed? Or will The Hippies remember the flamethrowers they brought for The Burning Man festival?
